Standard Trio Paternity (Mother, Child, & Alleged Father)

This test determines whether a man is the biological father of a child by comparing the DNA of the mother, child, and alleged father.

Single Grandparentage (Mother, Child, & 1 Grandparent)

This test determines a child's biological relationship with a single grandparent, comparing the DNA of the mother, child, and one grandparent.

Full Siblingship with Common Parent (2 Alleged Full Siblings with Common Parent)

This test determines whether two individuals are full siblings by comparing their DNA along with a common parent’s DNA.`

Genetic Reconstruction (Mother, Child, & 2 Paternal Relatives)

This test reconstructs the genetic profile of a deceased or unavailable alleged father by comparing the DNA of the child, mother, and two paternal relatives.

mtDNA Test (2 or more donors, buccal only)

This test compares the mitochondrial DNA (passed from mother to child) of two or more donors to confirm maternal lineage.

Paternity and Maternity (Mother, Child, & Alleged Father with separate reports for paternity & maternity calculations)

Motherless Paternity (Child & Alleged Father)

This test determines paternity without the mother's DNA by comparing the DNA of the child and alleged father only.

Grandparentage with Mother (Both Grandparents, Child, & Mother)

This test determines a child's relationship with both paternal grandparents, using the DNA of the mother, child, and both grandparents.

Zygosity (Fraternal or Identical Twins)

This test determines whether twins are fraternal (dizygotic) or identical (monozygotic) by comparing their DNA profiles.

DNA Profile Y-STR (Male individual Y-STR Profile)

This test creates a Y-STR DNA profile of a male individual, which can be used to trace paternal lineage or for other genetic analysis.

Maternity (Mother & Child)

This test determines whether a woman is the biological mother of a child by comparing their DNA profiles.

Grandparentage without Mother (Both Grandparents & Child)

This test determines a child's relationship with both paternal grandparents without the mother's DNA, using only the child and grandparents' DNA.

Half Siblingship with or without Common Parents (2 Alleged Half Siblings)

This test determines whether two individuals share one parent by comparing their DNA, with or without a common parent's DNA.

Y-STR Test (2 or more Males)

This test compares the Y chromosome DNA of two or more males to determine if they share the same paternal lineage.
